Getting Rid Of Fat – Part 14 – Some Exercises Work And Some Do Not Work For Fat Loss

Getting rid of fat, part 14. My free belly fat book talks about some surprising things about exercises. Some are the best and some are the worst for achieving fat loss.

Hi, this is Dr. Dennis Clark, research scientist, coming to you again with my series on getting rid of belly fat based on the research that I’ve done in the medical research literature. I want to talk a little bit about exercise in getting rid of belly fat. The first thing I want to say is that are hundreds of new kinds of equipment that you see on infomercials late at night that talk about how you get nice cut abs, six pack abs, by exercising your belly. That will not work. All those machines are bogus. Forget about it. When you exercise your belly, you are exercising muscle. You don’t exercise fat. The good news is that there is one particular exercise that is the best of all the exercises that you probably have heard of. And this seems to be a minor one although it’s got a critical effect for getting your metabolism moving in the right direction. I explain more details about what that exercise is in my book, “5 Steps to a Slimmer and Healthier You.” Be sure to get it now. Not all exercises work for fat loss, and some exercises are really great. If you want to find out the details of what to do that is the easiest possible for getting your body to metabolize fat better than anything else, then take a look at my free belly fat book. You can download it now at BellyFatScience.com.

All the best with getting rid of fat,

Dr. D
