Hi, this is Dr. Dennis Clark coming to you again with my series on belly fat science and what to do about getting rid of belly fat for good. I want to say just a little bit about supplements and then I’m going to direct you to a source of information that puts some details together for you, in my book called, “5 Steps to a Slimmer and Healthier You.” Basically I’m going to say that there is some really good research on certain kinds of supplements, mostly herbal supplements, also some mineral supplements, that will absolutely enhance your metabolism for burning belly fat. They will also make your metabolism better in lots of different ways. There are so many kinds of herbal supplements that it really requires almost a book in itself. Just to give you a hint of things to come I will tell you this…you don’t have to get a special, expensive weight loss supplement to get rid of belly fat. In fact I will tell you right now that the best weight loss supplement that I have found based on scientific research is simply green tea. And it’s not the caffeine in the green tea that is the active ingredient.
