Getting rid of fat, part 9. You will be surprised about what stress does to ruin everything you do for fat loss, and what you can do about that.
Hi, this is Dr. Dennis Clark again, coming to you with my next phase of how to talk about or how to get rid of belly fat based on the science of belly fat that I have looked up in the medical literature. There is one key component that is almost always missing in all of the weight loss programs that I’ve taken a look at. That has to do with stress. I’m going to say right now that stress acts like super-glue for fat. Do you have stress? Do you have fat? They go hand in hand. Everyone on the planet has some kind of stress, so to get rid of fat, you’re going to have to something about the stress. You’re going to have to get better sleep, get longer sleep, get deeper sleep. You’re going to have to relax during the day. You’re going to have to take care of things that cause that stress. There are supplements that will help. There are behavioral changes that will help. Anything that you do for diet and exercise, or anything else that you want to make effective for getting rid of fat is going to have to have stress management as part of the whole program. If it doesn’t, then it’s not going to be nearly as effective as it can be. I talk about this in more detail and what to do in my book, “5 Steps to a Slimmer and Healthier You.” As you can see, stress is a modern bane fat loss. If you want to know how to handle stress a little bit better, with supplements and lifestyle changes, then check out the details in my free belly fat book, which you can download now at BellyFatScience.com.
All the best with getting rid of fat,
Dr. D
