Getting rid of fat, part 3 of my free belly fat book, on some surprises about calories for fat loss.
Hi, this is Dr. Dennis Clark with my next installment on the research that I’ve done on belly fat science. This particular aspect has to do with how much you eat, and I want to tell you this right off the bat, that in my book, which I’ll tell you how to get here shortly if you don’t already have it already, I describe how ridiculous it is to measure what you eat in calories. Calories are not something that is important for you to worry about relative to whether you get fat. It’s where the calories come from. If you think about calories relative to your body being a furnace, like putting a piece of wood into a furnace and burning it, and getting calories out of it…that is a ridiculous oversimplification that all of the diet gurus have fallen prey to. And the talk about it as if it is truth. Nothing could be further from the truth. You have to know what the importance of calories is and what it is not, and what to do about it. How much to eat for fat loss has been controversial. If you want to see what the details are based on real research science, download my free belly fat book right now at BellyFatScience.com.
All the best for getting rid of fat,
Dr. D
